VESTA® M-1
VESTA M-1 is a PBX-based Computer Telephony
Integration (CTI) solution for advanced
emergency call centers that require
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), enhanced
administrative functionality and integrated
digital voice/data communications. VESTA M-1
combines VESTA, the premier CTI 9-1-1
application, with the proven Meridian 1
(PBX) Communications System from Nortel. The
Meridian 1 is available in several size
configurations, which are inherently
flexible, scalable and reliable.
By centralizing call-center functionality on
an open platform, VESTA allows
telecommunicators to control multiple
applications from a single desktop. The
VESTA M-1 advanced client/server
architecture supports an unprecedented level
of integration with Computer-Aided Dispatch
(CAD), radio and more, at the workstation.
